If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with an item due to damage or quality, please feel free to return the merchandise and we will be happy to refund your purchase price excluding shipping or replace the item within 30 days with an approved Greenie Tots issued Return Authorization Number. Simply contact our store to receive instructions on returning your purchase.
